    Mia

PILATES | YOGA | PERSONAL TRAINING

Mia is the founder of Studio Sukha and has worked in health and fitness since 2005. For her, movement is about feeling strong, capable and comfortable in your body, while making a little room to slow down and breathe. She teaches purposeful Pilates classes alongside energetic Vinyasa, heated Power Yoga and quiet Yin. Her style shifts with the class, but the care behind it stays the same. Mia will encourage you to work with your body, appreciate what it can do and leave feeling stronger, calmer and glad you came.

  • Bradd

    ASHTANGA VINYASA | HATHA YOGA

After years of teaching yoga within the local community, Bradd travelled to Shivalaya Yoga Ashram near Pokhara, Nepal, in May 2025. There, he deepened his studies in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga under his mentors Divya and Sonu. Bradd brings those traditional teachings home in a way that feels welcoming and accessible. His classes give students time to understand the practice rather than assuming everyone already knows it. Whether the Ashtanga Primary Series is familiar or completely new, Bradd will guide you through it with care and respect for its roots.

    Lisa

    VINYASA YOGA
